Well just joined on the invitation of a good friend. So here I go 50 lbs in 50 weeks. And I have to give up smoking too so this will be a heck of a year. But there is still wine - oh I forgot - CALORIES

    Well Giving up eating is a lot easier than giving up smoking. But they're both hard. Thanks for posting
