what should be my goal weight

im 6 feet 5 inches tall large frame realistically what weight should i be at? charts are saying 207lbs i think thats a little to light for me.

My husband is 6ft 4in. He currently weighs in around 250ish. I would like to see him loose at least 25-30 pounds. He was sick several years ago and his weight dropped to 195 and that was wayyyyyy to low.
I would say it depends on how much muscle you have/want. I think 207 would be light for him also. I think the 220 mark would be perfect your size....0 -
Hard to say... pick a reasonable number, then re-evaluate as you go. My goal weight has changed several times based on goals, time of year, etc.0

If you are going by BMI - BMI is crazy. I'd be skin and bones at its recommendations. I think once you are in a healthy weight range, its all about your own preference. Because someone people maybe carrying more muscle and another may be carrying more fat. Those people at the same weight would look very different.0
