Sodium Goal in my Daily Food Diary

When entering food, I see that my Sodium goal is 2500 g. That can't be right can it?? I thought we are always fighting against too much sodium. I did not set it that way and I don't know how to change it. Thanks for any help

    2500 is accurate, just try to stay below that..

    It's not a goal, it's a limit (ceiling).

    your sodium count is actually in MG not G :D

    maybe you misunderstood. its a 2500mg limit not 2500g. there is a difference :P

    Thanks.....I think 2500 mg is equal to 25G, so that makes more sense.

    I think 2500mg is still quite a bit
    I literally changed mine this week to 2000mg

    Go to Food tab, then settings, then goals, then change goals at the bottom and do Custom instead of guided.
    You can also change your macros there if you want more portien or carbs or whatever.
