Just a note to everyone struggling...YOU CAN DO IT!

About a year and a half ago I started to exercise and eat better to lose weight for my daughters. I got back into running after several years hiatus (after birth of my first daughter) and I started out running a miles and then walking a mile home. I have lost 30 lbs. (I am in the best shape of my life) and I ran my first full marathon on December 9, 2012 ... and then two more after that in January and March (with no plans to stop).

Just remember it may take time but you can do anything!
