Got worked over today by my personal trainer, then did some time on the elliptical and Level Two, Day three of Jillian Michaels' Thirty Day Shred. After my much needed shower, I noticed faint outlines of biceps pushing through the fat. While the scale is going down and I'm happy with that, actually seeing a change is cool. My current 17 lbs isn't showing up on someone of my size yet, so this is nice validation.
