Am I suppose to be eating back the calories I burn working out? I see myfitnesspal takes off the calories I burn to the total I eat. I'm confused about this. They set my calories at 1750 a day but if I burn 300 they say I can eat 2050 now that day and still lose my goal weight

You can if you want. The higher your calorie deficit at the end of the day (the difference between your calorie count and the calories you need each day to maintain your current weight), the faster you'll lose weight. However, if you work out and are hungry, eat them back. No point trying to lose weight if you are hungry and miserable.
If I am hungry after I work out, I eat them back, but if not, I don't. And I lost 85lbs in 6 months, so it works.0 -
Yes, you're supposed to eat them back.
Have a peek at this. It explains everything really well: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/912920-in-place-of-a-road-map-3-20130 -
I eat back at least 100 calories of them. Some people say to eat back all of them, but I work out right after dinner, so I'm not all that hungry. If you work out early in the day, I'd say yes.0
