Staying under my daily Sugar allotment

Hi,

I am struggling with the amount of sugar I am allowed each day. I am usually over by 30-40grams; I know that a lot of it is from my fruit intake. I need tips, advice and recipes PLEASE HELP ME!!

    6g or less of refined suger
    100g or less of fruit or rather natural sugars.

    Sugars are not all the same.

    fruit sugars are totally fine, just focus on those refined sugars and keep them below 25g. (according to the American Heart Association)

    Sounds like you are answering your own question here. If fruit is the main cause, eat less fruit.
