So first I go through the day telling myself that i deserve to be able to have a break .... i have gone jogging all week long and have worked my butt off.... and of course it has paid off... I lost 2lbs:drinker:
but then I had to go to work and order out ..... so yes i gave in to the pizza hutt.:mad: ..... problem being now it is later in the evening and i can not really exercise ....... if I do then i will not be able to sleep ....i get pumped after a good work out ... not good ....i am considering yoga .....
So I guess next time "NO" is the answer!!!!! I have to work on saying that word...... maybe there are people out there that would like to help me practice . I have lost 3lbs already my goal is 7 more by July 9th ....... I need to get to work!

I can totally relate. I went a little crazy this weekend and am now really down on myself.
I recommend yoga. I love it! It is still a work out but relaxing at the same time.0 -
I SOOOOOO can relate to your pain!
I work in the O.R. and we constantly have reps bringing crap in to eat, dough nuts, bagels, Starbucks
coffee and treats...ect!!!
Then we always have extra lunches, that are ordered in for the surgeons from
various restaurants around town. They are fair game if the doc is gone for the day.
Our boss also gets us lunch from time to time too.
Oh did I mention we do birthday cake for EVERYONE'S birthdays.
My bday cake request is fresh strawberries....everyone thinks I'm insane!
I share a bday with other girl at work...why have 2 cakes? Then someone suggested have a cake one day then have another one the next day after that...OMG ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? :sick:
Anyways I'm here to SAY NOOOOOOOOOOOO with you!!!!
NOT GOING TO DO IT ANYMORE!!!!!

I feel that way all the time. I started to make sure I turned away when others brought in cake. When it was cake time I would go for a walk so I wasn't near it.
Sometimes when I get the urge to order I will put a picture of someone really skinny or my goal around the house, on the phone book or fridge to remind me to make a better choice. I'm not a great role model since in the last few weeks I haven't lost a pound but I'm back in control and I'm going to say it with you... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO0 -
Yeah it's hard to say no. But it's also said if you crave something then satisfy it. Like if i want a slice of pizza, i'll have half, then chug down a lot of water so i feel full. I went to a buffet today in a casino. Usually i would eat 3 plates + dessert. But now i only ate one. I was writing down what i was eating and it helped me, cause i was like um no more my paper is getting full. It's hard to make healthy choices, but think of yourself fitting into those smaller clothes. GOOD LUCK0

My job it is Dunkin Donut Fridays and "pigins" once a month for everyones bday, they are so yummy with all the different foods people bring. it is so hard to say no....I need to say no too0

THANKS EVERYONE ! For support on my big no project at least I know that I am not alone with my cravings to eat really bad food.... but now that I think of it tomorrow is a new day !0

There was cookies from Mr. Pickles sandwich shop today. They are sooooo yummy!
