Increasing workouts

I just have a paranoid question. I'm on day 50 and have upped my workout four times. All these times it felt needed.

I would like to avoid burnout or injury, so I want to make sure that I'm doing the right thing. I'm likely being overly concerned, but I like to avoid pit falls if I can. Thanks ahead of time.

You just have to pay attention to your body and lookout for signs of over training. At one point or another you HAVE to over train to know your limits and how much stress your body can or cannot handle. Your diet also plays a major part in how much your body will be able to handle.

So lookout for signs of being overtrained these include: losing strength, feeling tired, slow recovery, not sleeping well, joints pains, catching colds easily, low energy/ libido, etc. You just have to pay attention and listen to your body.
