Very cool, do you have any goal dates in mind (short, intermediate, long term)? I would love to hold you to them whatever they may be!

Also, you working our 3x a week is a great step, according to the American Dietary society, people are most likely to lose weight if they workout 150mins a week, looks like your over double that at 360 mins, so great job!

I struggle with the same thing. I'm having the hardest time staying motivated and sticking to a plan. I get frustrated and find something fattening to eat. Hopefully we can all support each other.

Count me in ladies!! I've decided to join a GYM to see what fitness classes/equipment they have to offer.. but I'm so intimidated!! I need to just do it to start my journey!!!! I also have a good general sense of my workout plans, but I just have to see the gym :/

I know a gym membership will be expensive. but ugh it's about time! I am definitely determined to get this weight off. I've been self-pitying myself and eating what I want for months.. I call it an "off-season". But It's time to buckle down.

any advice would help!! and ladies FEEL FREE TO ADD ME AS A FRIEND! ALL OF YOU <3

I need a support system to hold me down/ keep me accountable and not alone!

Hello everybody, I sent out a request for friends last night and got overwhelming support so I know there are people here who will help motivate you. With that said awesome job on taking the 1st steps and joining a gym or even just deciding to get in shape. Make sure that you incorporate some weight training as well into your gym time and not just cardion. That was the biggest problem for me in the past as i did not want to bulk up but I found that the benefits of cardio and weight training are far better than cardio alone. I dont know how to add people yet, if you do send me a request and Ill help keep you motivated or be a shoulder to vent. :-) Its doable and much easier when you have a support system. Good luck!!
