So, I've finally got to a point where I'm happy with how my biceps are shaping up, but I still have wobbly triceps that don't look likeI work out at all. Does anyone have any at home exercises for triceps that I don't meed equipment for? I am looking for something along the lines of squats or push ups - not bicep curls etc.

Chair dips.
Hands on the ground, legs on stool dips.
Side-tri rise.
Military style pushups0 -
Tricep dips - they are the best tricep workout you can do & just use a chair, coffee table or whatever you have.
Also, if you can get anything with a little wieght 5-15 pounds depending on your ability - there are a ton of tricep workouts. Tricep press is the one that gets me sore for days!0 -
Perfect, if only I had two chairs (student house with a scummy landlord who hasn't replaced anything since 1965...) is there anything else I could do?0

Oops, you were too quick for me! What are military press ups? I have taken to doing tricep curls in the shower with bottls of shampoo but this is something I tend to forget doing0

I've been working my triceps awhile and I'm beginning to see progress. Exercises that I do:
Push-ups
Chair dips
Assuming you have dumbbells at home:
Overhead tricep extensions
Skull crushers on the ball (hopefully you have one of these too)0 -
Ticep push ups - I swear by them. Start on your knees if you can't do proper ones. Make sure your arms stay close to your sides. If you can feel it in your chest more than your triceps your doing it wrong.
I haven't figured out how to post pics so google tricep push ups and check out the images. Once you have mastered them on your knees, progress to on your toes and then progress to having your hand in a diamond shape. Good luck!0 -
You can do tricep dips without using chairs or a step. Just sit on the floor with your knees bent, hands behind you. As long as your elbows are bending and your bottom is not touching the ground. That's how I started (with the help of the biggest loser videos).
Also if you you tube Jillian Michaels she has some great videos to train with.....0
