Sometimes Special K with 1% milk, but my favorite is flatbread/tortilla witih two dry-scrambled eggs and some pace salsa on top. Super yummy, and keeps me full longer.

I usually make breakfast my biggest meal of the day. I get hungry really quickly after eating it, but one thing I've found works for me is: 2 eggs over easy and 1 container of greek yogurt. Full of protein, get my sweet fix, and stay full not just in the morning, but it seems like I just crave fewer foods all day.

    My two alternating breakfasts:
    1) Scrambeled eggs with one whole egg and one egg white (topped with salsa), four slices of turkey bacon, and fresh fruit.
    2) Protein Shake: Orange Julius (orange, OJ, vanilla protein powder, almonds and ice) or ChocoPB (natural peanut butter, unsweetened cocoa, 1% milk, vanilla protein powder, stevia, and ice)

    Good luck!!

Most mornings I make a protein shake with either fresh fruit or veggies in it. This morning I made one that tastes just like carrot cake. Use Vanilla protein mix, almond milk 1 C, a handful of baby carrots (I steam them just a little), some cinnamon and nutmeg and maybe a few almonds or walnuts and ice. Blend it all up. This usually holds me over until lunch. My favorite though is chocolate protein mix, almond milk, PB2, and banana! YUMMMMM

I have mushrooms dry fried on toast for breakfast or greek yoghurt with honey, and oats sprinkled on the top, both keep me really full.

I drink a lean shake from GNC with 2% milk and some fruit: grapes, orange, banana. Then about 2 hours later I have a break food: celery, another fruit, low calorie snacks. Works good for me..

I eat steel cut oatmeal. I usually top it with some fruit (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc). I do top it off with chia seeds for a little extra fiber and protein.
