Baked Chicken ...

The grocery store deli near my office sells baked chicken breasts that have skin and bones still attached. They swear that no cooking oil is used, only a dry spice rub. They seem to average just under 0.5lb (bones & all). My latest plan is to eat this for lunch on the days I work, along with about 2.5 cups of recently frozen cauliflower.
Any idea (on average) how many calories might be in one piece of chicken?

I'm going to guess that's about 4 oz. Which is 120 cals. I'd go with that.... just make sure u take the skin off!!!!0

I am no help in helping calculate calories for that meal (sorry), but holy cow I am a drooling mess after looking at your picture....which is unfortunate because I just ate lunch and am not technically hungry, and I'm not wearing a waterproof top and all of this drool is becoming a bit bothersome. :noway:0

Assuming nothing injected into the chicken and the cauli are butter/fat free, then you are looking at under 300 calories there.0
