Most mornings I make a protein shake with either fresh fruit or veggies in it. This morning I made one that tastes just like carrot cake. Use Vanilla protein mix, almond milk 1 C, a handful of baby carrots (I steam them just a little), some cinnamon and nutmeg and maybe a few almonds or walnuts and ice. Blend it all up. This usually holds me over until lunch. My favorite though is chocolate protein mix, almond milk, PB2, and banana! YUMMMMM

I have mushrooms dry fried on toast for breakfast or greek yoghurt with honey, and oats sprinkled on the top, both keep me really full.

I drink a lean shake from GNC with 2% milk and some fruit: grapes, orange, banana. Then about 2 hours later I have a break food: celery, another fruit, low calorie snacks. Works good for me..

I eat steel cut oatmeal. I usually top it with some fruit (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc). I do top it off with chia seeds for a little extra fiber and protein.

Spinach, mushroom, egg cups! Yummy.. If you need the recipe, let me know. You can have two muffin size servings for just 166 calories. They are very filling due to being high in protein..

I love oatmeal with brown sugar or berries in the morning. On my period, I add a little drizzle of chocolate.

I used to always have cereal or oatmeal and then be hungry at 10:30 and starving by lunch. Now I eat 6 oz. of plain non-fat yogurt, a half ounce of walnuts, a heaping tablespoon of flax seed, some cinnamon, and 3-4 ounces of fresh fruit, preferably berries. I make my own yogurt but it's not necessary. It doesn't seem like a lot, but it keeps me filled better than a carb heavy cereal. Tasty too.

Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Crumbles are good in eggs. You could also chop up some veggies the night before, like peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, etc.

one of my favorites.....Oatmeal Banana Almond Shake. Normally drinking a meal does NOT fill me up, but this one DEFINITELY does!!! Search it on Pinterest for the recipe.....I use honey to add a little bit of sweetness if the banana isn't ripe enough.....
