    Total Daily Energy Expenditure - the number of calories your body uses in a day doing EVERYTHING - breathing, digesting food, pumping blood, working, chores, errands, exercise, etc etc etc.

    Up your calories, eat more, add more strength lifting to your routine. Very important when doing cardio

    I am 169 now.. started pretty much at your current weight and I have been eating ATLEAST 1600 cals per day!
