    Not really sure what wet or dry bbq's are, but I like my bbq sauce, so let's go w/ wet.

    BBQ places typically serve their food "wet" or "dry"... wet bbq comes presauced with usually their house sauce... dry bbq is just smoked seasoned (dry rubbed) meat and then there is usually a variety of sauces on the table you can use or not. :love:
