Hot and Spicy Italian!!

I just threw this together and thought it was fantastic so I figured I would share! It's great especially if you like a little heat. It is very filling and for some reason spicy foods seem to trick me into thinking I am fuller!

Great Value - Elbow Noodles, 1/2 cup dry
Pasta Sauce - Old World Style, Flavored With Meat (Ragu), 1/2 Cup
Fresh Produce - Yellow Bell Pepper, 1/8 cup
Red Bell Pepper, 0.25 medium (148g)
Mezzetta - Deli-Sliced Jalapeno Peppers, 1/8 cup
Frank's Red Hot (Since 1920) - Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, 1 Teaspoon

Calories: 301
Carbs: 56
Fat: 4
Protein: 10
Sodium:850
Fiber: 6

Of course you can use Whole Wheat pasta and add 1g Fat and 3g of Fiber.

    Oh and obviously, if you don't like spicy, skip the jalapenos and Red Hot!
