OK, I'm still confused on the baked vs raw sweet potato nutrition!!

100g of raw sweet potato is: 86 calories/0 fat/20 carb/2 protein.
100g of baked, skin on, sweet potato is: 92 cal/0 fat/21 carb/2 protein.

Last night I thinly sliced a sweet potato for dinner. It weighted 300g right after I sliced it. I sprayed with some olice oil, seasoned, and baked at 425 for about 20 minutes. I weighed it after and it was 136g total. Entering into myfitnesspal...300g raw is: 270 cal/0.5 fat/62 carb/6 protein. 136 g baked is: 122 cal/0.2 fat/28.2 carb/2.7 protein. It's the same sweet potato, but very different numbers...help! Thanks!!

my take is that when you cook it, there will be some water loss so the cals per gram are increased
