BWAHAHAHAHA....skinny water Now, if only I can avoid all those extra calories I get from the numerous servings of fat air I take in every day.

It's called skinny water because supposedly it helps to boost your metabolism.

Also, for all you downers...there's 6cals in an 8oz. cup and NO sugar :p
Try it if it sounds good to you, if not keep your "funny" comments to yourself.

Sounds like it might taste good and might be very refreshing. I wouldn't get too excited over the "boost metabolism" part, though.

I really thought this recipe was going to be

    Step 1: Grab glass
Step 2: Hold glass under faucet
    Step 3: Turn on water
Step 4: Once glass is full, turn off water
Step 5: Bring glass to mouth
    Step 6: Drink water

I don't put mint leaves but cucumber and lemon is really good in water. A nice change from plain water. Refreshing.

I have made this before and it is wonderful. It was called Sassy Water. Maybe some of you would prefer that name instead??

The ginger and mint is suppose to help sooth your GI tract (helps with bloating), lemons are a natural diuretic. Cucumber is suppose to help curb sugar cravings as well as bloating. And it tastes great, a nice change over regular water. Make it the night before and drink it the next day.

What else do you guys put in your water? I drink about 10 cups a day, and sometimes I like little flavor additions like this ") The mint sounds delicious

Berries are wonderful, I love making a pitcher of strawberry or raspberry water and letting it sit in the refrigerator overnight. In the winter it's great because you can use the frozen ones and just let them thaw in the water.

That's the recipe for DIET water. It's totally different than SKINNY water. Should I post the recipe for heavy water?

    I prefer full-fat water.

Would you like extra minerals with that?
