Skinny Water!

I don't put mint leaves but cucumber and lemon is really good in water. A nice change from plain water. Refreshing.0

I have made this before and it is wonderful. It was called Sassy Water. Maybe some of you would prefer that name instead??
The ginger and mint is suppose to help sooth your GI tract (helps with bloating), lemons are a natural diuretic. Cucumber is suppose to help curb sugar cravings as well as bloating. And it tastes great, a nice change over regular water. Make it the night before and drink it the next day.

What else do you guys put in your water? I drink about 10 cups a day, and sometimes I like little flavor additions like this ") The mint sounds delicious0

I really thought this recipe was going to be
Step 1: Grab glass
Step 2: Hold glass under faucet
Step 3: Turn on water
Step 4: Once glass is full, turn off water
Step 5: Bring glass to mouth
Step 6: Drink water
That's the recipe for DIET water. It's totally different than SKINNY water. Should I post the recipe for heavy water?0 -
Also, for all you downers...there's 6cals in an 8oz. cup and NO sugar
Try it if it sounds good to you, if not keep your "funny" comments to yourself.
You're not the boss of me!0 -
I prefer full-fat water.0

It's called Skinny water and the original recipe was in the "Flat Belly Diet"0

Frozen fruit in water........I like that idea too.0

I prefer full-fat water.
Would you like extra minerals with that?0 -
I may have to try this. Drinking enough water is my biggest problem. I'm a huge coffee and diet coke junkie0

I like my water cold, so I like to let ice melt in my glass. To hurry the process of melting along, I add Bourbon. Not really making me skinnier, but after my second or third one, I start to get handsomer and funnier.0

This would have to be pretty tasty to justify what a pain it sounds like to make. I'd rather drink the water and save time. At least that's what I've told myself every time I see recipes like this. Is it really that tasty? Or is it only slightly flavored?0

I drink fresh squeezed lemon juice in hot water every morning...gets the digestive system going. I don't seem to have crazy cravings now. Good stuff!0

I really DON'T understand why people feel the need to be so rude and cynical. Honestly... Get a life.
Thank you for sharing! It's nice to add some natural flavor to water without adding chemicals every now and then.0 -
BWAHAHAHAHA....skinny water Now, if only I can avoid all those extra calories I get from the numerous servings of fat air I take in every day.
:noway: It doesn't boost your metabolism but if adding low calorie flavours helps encourage people to drink water then that is fine.0 -
