Is it a big deal to go over my daily sugar allowance on occasion? I think it has happened twice this week. Most of my sugars come from fruit, veggies and yogurt. I had white bread once too (gasp!) Just wondering if I should feel guilty for going over....

No. The only sugar you should worry about, if at all, is added sugar (syrup, honey, table sugar and HFCS). Even then, there are good arguments that if you stay within your calorie goal it shouldn't matter.0
