    I'm totally going to check this out when I get home tonight. I'll preview first of course but I'm thinking this might be a good site for my pre-teen daughter to look at so she'll quit trying to be "like all the other girls" in her school. She's 11, 5'8 with a very strong stocky build, it's hard for her to understand why she can't be as skinny as some of her friends.

    Why not just not read fashion/beauty magazines? Also, I seem to see real women all the time, ya know, walking around everywhere.
    Go through a fashion/beauty magazine (whose entire existence is to tell women the many ways in which they need to change how they look), and see that the women there do not reflect reality. If women would stop referring to those magazines they might notice the real women who really do "walk around everywhere" as you said.

    But your best source of self-esteem is from appreciating yourself.
