    NO.

    Reported.

This site is for motivational purposes and I only want positive feed back from now on.
    Wrong.

This site is for counting calories and tracking fitness goals. Nowhere in the CG does it say I *have* to be motivation and supportive.

    Reported.

    Also: EAT MOAR FOOD.

Wow! The rudeness on this site is uncanny!

I'm coming here out of desperation and nobody wants to help me!

You do have to be motivational, I get this in my inbox just about every day
    The guideline in question reads:

    2. Please stay on-topic within a forum topic. Off-topic or derogatory remarks are disrespectful. Please either contribute politely and constructively to a topic, or move on without posting. This includes posts that encourage the drama in a topic to escalate, or posts intended to incite an uproar from the community.

See you do have to be motivational.

You seem to be doing everything right, i can't figure out why this isn't working for you.
Maybe you should see a doctor, it might be a thyroid issue.

Damn thyroid is even making my dog fat.

I had a surgery to just remove my metabolism. I've lost 9 pounds today.

    Interesting!

I need to check this out!

My metabolism is little and puny so it might be only a 4 or 5 pound metabolism.

Is Dr. Oz capable of such a procedure?

Thanks. See people! This isn't so hard. This is what supports all about!!

Now is there anything I can take pills? Drugs? Maybe a life threatening and very dangerous surgery I can undergo that can speed up my metabolism and help support me in my weight loss journey?

A whole bottle of Raspberry Keytones is the right way to go

You could probably get Dr. Oz to do it but I don't make a lot of money so I just let some dude do it in the parking lot behind the mall. Only cost 8 bucks.

BUT you're trying your best and that's what counts. It's not about winning it's about playing. It's not about finishing first but crossing that finish line! yay yay yay you can do it!

Step 1 - Complete - you got on here and asked for help.

Step 2 - Friend some of the people who responded positively to your request, including me. We will support you.

Step 3 - Set some goals for yourself. Minutes of exercise a day, to cut a percentage of sugar from your diet, to give up soda, to lose 5 pounds in 4 weeks, etc. Make them challenging but not impossible. Set yourself up for success.

Step 3- start logging your food - EVERYTHING you put in your mouth needs to go in your food log. The site will tell you your ideal NET calorie intake for weight loss (Calories consumed - calories burned through exercise = net calories). Mark your diary OPEN so your friends can see it and help advise you. Logging your food helps you understand your eating habits and patterns as well as makes you think twice before you eat something. When you see it broken down by calories, fat, carbs, etc. you will re-evaluate your eating habits and make healthy changes that will get you closer to your goal.

Step 4 - start moving - do anything to move your body. Take "can't" out of your vocabulary. Challenge yourself every day to do a little more. You don't have to join a gym or buy equipment. Just walk or use canned goods as weights.

Step 5 - Don't get discouraged! We all stumble. You just have to get back up and try again. Success isn't possible if you don't even try.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to "friend" me. I've been overweight all of my life. I've lost 37 pounds over the last several months and have been through some setbacks. I know you can do it!

The only thing that works, and trust me, I've tried everything, is sending junk pics to Mr. Burt Huttz.

I lost 10 pounds last week.

Log your food, stick to your calorie goals that you set up in MFP, and exercise. Then see what happens.

Weight-loss isn't linear. Some months you gain 10 or 15 pounds, and some months you gain none. I also recommend adding strength training. Find a program based on compound movements like standing up and sitting down. And don't forget to log everything as exercise. This article http://www.livestrong.com/article/320103-how-many-calories-does-it-take-to-breathe/ will give you a good idea where to start. Good luck on your journey!

I looked into that, but I after the consult, I was too nervous to go under the knife.
How bad was it? How long was your recovery? Do you have pictures of your scars?
Bikini season is coming soon and I live at the beach, I don’t want any gross scars.
