Hey everyone :D

Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm John, I'm 20, I'm a college student, and that is pretty much it. I've always been a bigger guy, but I was pretty active back in high school and it wasn't much of an issue. But then after I started college I sort of let myself go. But since I'm studying to be a physical therapist assistant, I think it'd probably be a good idea for me to get into shape if I'm going to be helping other people do that. XD


I've been using the calorie tracker for about 4 weeks now, and I've lost 6 pounds so far. That's just from counting everything and doing some cardio throughout the week. So I think I'm on the right track.
