I lost the weight using a high fiber breakfast cereal diet, and cardio exercise 4 days a week for 40 minutes.
I also developed a purging disorder on my final 14 lbs so I cheated.

My boyfriend found out that I was purging and theatened to leave me so I stopped.
Since then I've gained weight (but I'm also VERY greedy haha)

I'm also a games tester so I sit on my *kitten* all day playing games and not getting enough activity!

It's time to lose that extra weight I gained the past few years and work on it!
I've doe it before, I can do it again :')

    We have a Caravan in Llanwryst so we travel around Wales every year :)
