NSV: I did a two mile run today.. was at 7 minutes at the one mile point. I haven't done that in almost 12 years!!!!

    Great job!

    My advice is make a note of the accomplishment somewhere. It will be nice for you to look back in a few months and see all the different points in your running where you felt proud of yourself.

    7 min is an aWeSome 1 mile pace, you should be very proud!! I agree, note this somewhere and start looking for 5ks. :)
