I just got home, frazzled, not hungry just want to go to bed, this rarely happens, should I just forget it & go to bed or eat some nuts & cheese & go to bed. ?

I had that day yesterday, I was 600 short but just didn't WANT anything! Woke up this morning growling like a bear, terrible. Now today I have gone over.
My point is I don't think it will ruin you, I hate forcing myself to eat if I don't feel hungry.
You could have something to drink, a shake or something, and slowly sip it.0 -
I can't leave that big of a deficit at the end of the day. Experience has taught me that I'll be so hungry the next day that no matter how much I eat I won't catch up.
If you don't want to eat, have a big glass of milk to bring the deficit to a more reasonable level. If you can eat maybe also have a spoonful of peanut butter, hunk of cheese, or handful of nuts.0 -

If you're not hungry you're just not hungry. I would feel sick if I forced myself to eat. And no I don't wake up the next day feeling like I'm starving.0

I think eating when I wasn't hungry is what got me in this boat in the first place.0 -
I just forced myself to eat because I was 300 calories short. I managed to eat a whole 30 calories. Not going to worry about it, plus it was my no exercise day.0
