How do I fix my photo??

This is my before and after of level one of 30 day shred. I posted it on a group im in but its so large you can barely see the after photo. Can someone tell me how to fix this??

    resize the pic, upload it to wherever your image host is, then repost it.

    The issue is the size you have selected from whatever image host you're using.

    Try http://postimage.org/

    Select the image, then resize the image by selecting 640x480 Message Boards option. When you submit it you can just copy and paste the link into your post under the Edit function so you don't have to repost it.

    Thank you. I haven't completed 30 day shred yet just the first level. There are 3 levels.
