Confession

Confession: I really hate my stomach. Hate it, hate it, hate it. There are some days where I literally just feel like cutting off all the fat with a knife (I know its a stupid thing to do, so I don't). That part of my body is gargantuan. Can anyone give me any advice on how to loose weight there?

    I don't think your body will lose weight just in one spot- it doesn't know how. You can tone it, though, with tummy exercises: planks, crunches, etc. Losing weight will shrink your tummy, just not all at once.

    I think you have to lose weight all over and your stomach will shrink too. Mine has even though I can still grab a lotta fat. One good tip I read on here is to stand up straight and hold in your stomach. You develop your stomach muscles and kind of give yourself a tummy tuck along your weight loss journey.

    You can't spot reduce. Just eat at a moderate calorie deficit and it will shrink as you lose weight.
