I am a health professional (Nutrition & Dietetic Assistant, Level IV Personal & Group Trainer, Teens Fitness/Sports Conditioning Trainer and a Cardio Tennis Coach) ...I eat well, and I really know all-things-food! I have joined MFP to link others to info that may help them...as I am well informed of Australian Resources for many, many different health conditions. Regarding Weight Management - You need to go to the cause...not the food itself, but the to the core. I would love to stay in contact with MFP - So..Here's to a fun ride!
