I can't seem to get passed 170 lbs. Last time I lost weight I got down to 170 and then got comfortable and the weight crept back on until I weighed 209 lbs.
This time I got down to 170, went to Sea World and gained 2 lbs. But this time is different. I came back, i'm back on track and I will lose those 2 pounds. I will beat that damn number. I will be in the 160s soon.
I will, right?
Why is 170 my cursed weight? I want to get passed it so bad.

Maybe its time to shake things up a bit.....Either add weights to your workout....increase your cardio....increase your calories.....try something new, so the body has something different that it has to work toward
That 2lb weight will be gone soon...more likely water retention from all the sodium filled food you ate on your vacation
Your body is probably so used to everything you have done in the pass that you need to kickstart it with something different
You can deffinately get to your 160.....those last few pounds are usually the hardest to go
I only have 14 pounds to go.....I havent lost in 3 weeks.....So I added weight training and switched up my cardio.....and measured myself....because with weight training, you build muscle so may not lose any lbs on the scale.....but may lose inches

I feel JUST the same! I feel like my body just doesn't want to get below 170 - it will but only for a few days at a time & then I'm back up. I was down to 164 almost 2 months ago but it only lasted until a few days bc I went on vaca & gained a crap load back. :grumble:

With all of that determination I'm positive that you will get under 170. Keep up the good work and I'm sure you will see a change in a matter of time!

I'm back on the no processed foods for the next 2 weeks. I hope it's what I need to get things movin'.
I'm leaving the country in 2 weeks for my sister's wedding. I really wanted to be 165 by then.0 -
I feel your frustration! My number is 140. I just want to see under that on the scale but I have been losing and gaining the same flippin pound for the last 7 weeks! Just figured out that I was eating under my BMR without realising. Hope to see some change this week!0

Same here! I cant seem to get past 175 I've been stuck between 176-177 here SINCE APRIL!!!
This last month I have changed things up hoping to kick start my metabolism but nothing. I have up'd my calories, increased my workouts, added breakfast and healthy snacks in between my meals and eating back some (hafl or more) of my exercise caloires AND even switched up my workouts and ZIPPO...NADDA has changed on the darn scale. Even drinking tons of water now.
The only thing I have noticed is the last couple days I am suddenly ALWASY hungry...so HOPEFULLY (fingers crossed) this means my metabolism is NOW turned "ON" and burning some fuel. Dont have a clue just hoping!!!!0 -
My number has always been 136..get there and can't move and eventually just give up...not this time...I will beat that number.0
