My name is jewel and I have been away from MFP for about 8 weeks or so. During that time, I unforunately gained back a good portion of the weight I lost here the first time around. C'est la vie!
Anyway, I am back and ready to make some more changes to my lifestyle. I always welcome friends, so that we can support and motivate each other.
