YOUR EXERCISE!!

OK so everybody needs a good excersise routine! Whats yours? You could get advice on how to improve and stick to your regime. You know you just HAVE to post something here x

  • So I excersise half an hour every 2 days at a gym in Narbourough (David Lloyd) There's also a child's gym so if your interested In making a difference in fitness for your child take them. There is also loads of clubs on (Yoga, Tennis, Circuits etc etc)

    Legs A
    Front Squat 4x4-6
    Leg Press 4x8-10
    Walking Lunges (Each Leg) 4x8-10
    Hamstring Curls 4x8-10
    Standing Calf Raises 3x8-10

    Legs B
    Leg Press 4x6-8
    Front Squat 4x8-10
    Walking Lunges(Each Leg) 4x8-10
    Hamstring Curls 3x8-10
    Seated Calf Raises 3x8-10


    Push A
    Incline DB Press 4x4-6
    Flat DB Press 4x8-10
    Pec Flies 4x8-10
    Overhead Shoulder Press 4x8-10
    Tricep Pullover/Press 3x12
    (OPTIONAL) Tricep Pushdown 3x12

    Push B
    Flat DB Press 4x4-6
    Incline DB Press 4x8-10
    Pec Flies 4x8-10
    Overhead Shoulder Press 4x8-10
    Tricep Pullover/Press 3x12
    (OPTIONAL) Tricep Pushdown 3x12

    Currently doing Insanity. Before that; long distance Inline Skating, TAE BO, Jillian M. DVDs , biking, jog/walking, and going to LA Fitness twice a week or when I could fit it in to my schedule.

    Sat Sun Mon: 30DS
    Tues: karate class for two hours. Whee!
    Wed Thurs: 30DS
    Fri: Karate class for two hours. WHEE!!

    :D Sometimes I'll throw in a little extra cardio in the* form of karate if Jillian didn't kick my butt hard enough, but it's rare.

    *Edit to fix a typo. "In for form." That made no sense at all.

    P90X / Insanity hybrid when I'm at home. Running and Elliptical when I'm on the road.
