OK so everybody needs a good excersise routine! Whats yours? You could get advice on how to improve and stick to your regime. You know you just HAVE to post something here x

So I excersise half an hour every 2 days at a gym in Narbourough (David Lloyd) There's also a child's gym so if your interested In making a difference in fitness for your child take them. There is also loads of clubs on (Yoga, Tennis, Circuits etc etc)0

Tues: karate class for two hours. Whee!
Wed Thurs: 30DS
Fri: Karate class for two hours. WHEE!!Sometimes I'll throw in a little extra cardio in the* form of karate if Jillian didn't kick my butt hard enough, but it's rare.

P90X / Insanity hybrid when I'm at home. Running and Elliptical when I'm on the road.0
