Let's play a game where we attach an item in relation to our weight loss. For example. If you have lost 20 lbs. you could say you lost a butterball turkey, or 100lb. a sofa, etc.
I will start: I don't have a scale right now but am guessing I have lost about 10 lbs. So I am going to say i have lost a bowling ball.

I've lost 63lbs and I tried to find something different than my kids to compare so...I lost a little over a bushel of corn. I had no idea a bushel of corn was 56lbs. HaHa!
I also lost about the equivalent of my lab/jack russell terrier puppy. And when I pick him up he is heavy! But he is solid muscle and I'm pretty sure I lost solid fat! At least I hope that's what I lost!
