I deleted my account out of frustration, its been a week and I missed you guys so much I just had to come back.
:-)
Hopefully I won't get mad at myself.
I have been at a stand still for a month..... :-(
But I got some shoe inserts to help with shin splints, if that doesn't work I will just get new shoes.
I am going to up my exercise once again and maybe that will work?
