Protein Pancakes!

50 grams flaxseed meal
1/4 cup 0 or 2% greek yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
3 egg whites
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 scoop protein powder (right now I'm using butter cream toffee)
optional: 1/2 serving of walnuts (I crush my pieces up with my fingers)
optional: 1 serving dark chocolate chips
If you use a 1/4 cup to measure out the batter, it should make 4 small pancakes. I eat them two at a time. I top mine with PB. You can use oats instead of flaxseed meal, but this way the healthy fats are higher, and the carbs are lower. Also flaxseed meal, besides getting you some omega 3's, also has protein in it.
