If you *want* your hair to look "wet" if it isn't wet, then use a hair gel. If you don't want your hair to look wet when it is wet, then use a hair dryer and dry it.0 -

Any decent hair salon will carry it...just go in and tell them what u are looking for and they can suggest the right product!0
