30 day shred-help

so I started the 30 day shred and got to level 2 day 4 but during it I pulled a ligament in my foot which meant I couldn't do most of the work out. So it has now been 2 weeks I have been unable to do it.

my foot is now completely better so im going to get back to it but my question is do I continue and do level 2 day 5 or do I start fresh?

    Try level 2 and if it is too hard then start fresh.

    I did the exact same thing -level 2 day 4 but it was my shoulder (not working out but lifting my son). I was planning on starting on level two again.
