    Hi MFP peeps :)

    I wanted to post this thread today as I have lost 82lbs and to be honest I could not physically see a difference. However, today I took a picture in the same place that I did when I was 411lbs and now I am 329 and I can see the difference. I have a long way to go- but I have also come a long way.

    I wanted to celebrate a bit. Thanks for allowing me to do so.

    Congratulations! I am literally in the exact same position as you. I started at 412 and have lost exactly 82 pounds as of this week. We don't see a difference our selves because the change is so gradual. Although, like me, I'm sure you have noticed a change in the way your clothes fit. Keep up the good work. The poof is in the pictures!
