Peppermint Patty/Thin Mint Shake:
◦3/4 cup almond milk (or any kind that you like)
◦1 cup spinach, about 1 handful
◦1 frozen banana
◦2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, stems removed or 1/8 teaspoon of peppermint extract
◦1/4 tsp vanilla extract
◦1 heaping tbsp chocolate chips
1.Place all the ingredients, except chocolate chips into your blender
2.Start on low speed, and increase to high
3.Blend until smooth, about 1 min
4.Then add the chocolate chips and blend for a few seconds. Just long enough to break them down into smaller pieces.
5.Enjoy!

I'm guessing this is an adaptation to the shamrock shake on the Undressed Skeleton blog? http://undressedskeleton.tumblr.com/post/448739518970

The almond milk I buy is unsweetened, but about 30 calories per cup. A banana is typically around 90-115, depending on size. We'll assume.. 105? Fresh spinach has about 7 per cup. Mint has 2 per 2 tbsp, about. Vanilla extract.. about 10-12 for a tsp? And the chocolate chips I have in my fridge are 70 for 1 tbsp.
So, assuming you make it with the ingredients I would have on hand... it comes to about 226. Which isn't too terribly bad. It's about the average amount I get in in my after dinner dessert.0
