Making progress *Pics*

Its been quit an adventure for me. I have lost 45 pounds and have toned up quite a bit from where i started. I weighed in at 182 and when I went to the doctor and he told me I was fat and I needed to lose weight it was a smack in the face. But thats what got me started.

I have not stepped foot in a gym and have lost the weight by watching what i eat and dvds at home. I'm currently doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and Shaw Ts Rockin Body. I'm aimming to lose 15 more pounds and tone up. I think I look alot better then I did but I still have alot of work to do. Anyone know of any good toning exercises please let me know....
