Hello. I am new and trying to set up my diary.
I am 25 years old, 5 ft 2 and sedentary (student and desk job)
My calorie goal is around 1400 per day. Thank you

Mine are 50% carbohydrate, 30% protein, 20% fat.0

45% carbohydrate, 35% protein, 20% fat0

Daily calories are 1950, macros are 40/30/30 carbs/fat protein. I have hit goal weight, but still have fat to lose, so am focusing on lowering my body fat percentage.
