So I Lost 86lbs and This is What I Got Myself +

For the record - It's taken me 16 months to get here and I'm not done. I've never eaten below 1550 cals, and I make exercise a priority. I went from barely being able to run a mile to running a 5k in 27 minutes in my last speed workout on a treadmill. I've decided that I like running, so that's what I do. The only thing that I can say for certain is that I keep trying, have kept trying and never stopped trying. I also never shied away from working at it, even on my really sh*tastic days. Weightloss is a process and this is mine (in pictures!)

I went from 275lbs:

    This was my first. I had been thinking about it for a long long long time. I drafted the idea and brought it to the artist and he thought it was rad. And the UV ink just makes me excited. I've always wanted to glow in the dark! :)
