Can I do Insanity without losing weight?

Ok, here's the thing... I've already surpassed my ultimate weightloss goal and lost 35lbs. My new goal is to tighten, firm and sculpt everything which isn't very easy having carried 4 kids. I was thinking of doing Insanity because I need some kind of guidance through my toning workouts but I don't want to lose any more weight. Do you think that Insanity is right for me?

Yes, ma'am.
However, I would say, at a certain point, since you are working on a fitness goal, not a fat or weight loss goal, that you'd still lose some weight as your body becomes more muscular. I would say if we are eating right and working out, we can, one day, just ignore the almighty scale, and worry about BF%.0 -
I think you will be fine as long as you eat plenty you will definitely need to up your calories but if you get the programme the info booklets will guide you on this. You will definitely get toned just make sure you eat enough some people eat up to 2400 cals or more whilst doing Insanity. Good luck and well done on reaching your goal.0

Agree with JJordan. Forget the scale, Insanity will get you a far tighter, toned and athletic body no matter how good a shape you are in. Just make sure you eat well and enough if you dont wanna lose any more weight..0

Yes. You may even gain muscle weight since you will not be eating a deficit (I'm assuming this since you are not trying to lose).0 -
Insanity is great for losing or maintaining and trimming bodyfat %. You make it what you want by eating well.0

I upped my calories during insanity and lost body fat but didn't lose any scale weight at all! (which was my aim) so yes, it can be done, but be sure you are eating enough!0

Insanity is my favorite workout ever! It's super good for the core, which after babies is much needed! You can totally use it to tighten and tone without "losing weight". Like the others have said, go by BF%.0
