I am now under 300 pounds!
I started this weight loss journey in November at 371 pounds! I can officially say I am in the 200 club today at 298 pounds! At my heaviest, I was wearing a size 52 pants and a 4x tall shirt. I am now in a size 42 pants and a 2xl shirt. However the compression shirt I have on in the pic is only an XL!

You and I must be secret twins.

371 lbs down to 293 for me.

Doesn't it feel awesome to get over that 300 line?

Wow! What an inspiration you are! May I ask for some tips on how to stick to it? I work so hard and when I come home I'm so tired I don't feel like making healthy meals, I just want to grab the bad stuff...=(
  • You look great!! I was too embarrassed to tell people how much I weighed so could never share the amazing feeling it was to finally be under 300. When I heard that scale say the 290 instead of 300, I danced around the living room and you should have seen the looks I got from the kids. They thought I had lost it. I'm so happy for you!! And in such a short time. You're doing great!!

I eat whatever I want but keep under my calorie goals. I try not to eat back my exercise calories. I have recently started working out for longer amounts of time. It took me a couple of months to get built back up to handle a workout longer than 30 min.

Thanks Marty! Before my Hip replacement I worked for a tire repair shop. I did the commercial, farm and heavy equipment for almost 8 years. Also I played Nose tackle way back in the day even had a very short career for a minor league football team. All helped build my calf muscles!
Awesome job and holy calf muscles batman!
