30 Day Shred-Anyone on Level 2 heading to Level 3

I'm on day 6 of level 2 of the 30 day shred. I can already see the differences in my body shape. I used 2 lb weights for level 1 and use 3 lb for level 2. I start Wednesday with Level 3 and will increase to 5 lbs. today I started adding the 22 minute rush Zumba DVD to my workout. Looking for great results with this addition.

Would love to hear others stories as well for support and motivation:)

    (I upped my weights from 4lb to 7lbs, also started going to the gym and/or combining different workout videos)

    Wow what a difference. I took before pics but in underwear instead of something more appropriate to post. Thanks for sharing. If you feel like it and have the te one day please share your story. Lol
