Yep. Frustrated. At myself.
Now I do try and be positive on myself, the fact is, I WAS 125 kilos at one point. However I seem forever to be suck in the 85-95 kilo range in the last 1-2 years. It's driving me nuts. Once I got down to 82, but went back up.
I've moved to my own place. Slowly doing exercise again and eating healthier... But how do I stop going back up again?
How do I break the cycle?
I go well, lose weight, something bad happens = gains weight. Rinse and repeat.
I need help. I need more motivation to just stay on it.
But I don't know how. And really, I feel like it killing me slowly
While I know that I will never ever get back to 125, I want to reach a healthy weight. Sure low 90's and mid 80's is better than 125, but its still not healthy.
WHAT DO I DO!?

Try to find a way to make it fun. Join an exercise class or a training group. You say you just moved into your own place, and that can be stressful and challenging and fun and exciting and lonely. Get yourself out there and focus on the good - eating clean, logging everything, and when times are tough, start to spend more time on MFP. It helps to see other people go through similar things. I just started adding friends this past week, and it's definitely motivating to see everyone get to the gym and login!0
