Summer goals- I am motivated

One of my favorite ways to stay motivated and be determined is to set goals for myself that will be hard ENOUGH to reach but, not impossible for me to achieve.
I currently weigh 234 pounds and my goal by the 4th of July is to weigh 199. This means that I need to lose 35 pounds. This means that I get 15 weeks to reach my goal. According to my goal- I will need to lose roughly 2.4 pounds per week in order to reach my goal. I know that I can do this as I work out and start a very clean diet.
Another goal that I would love to reach by July 4th is to be able to sit in the chair and watch the fireworks without having to wear a sweatshirt to cover myself up like every other year.
A June goal is going to be by my mom's Birthday. I have 11 weeks to achieve this and I want to be down to 210 pounds.
I have very big arms, not the most toned legs in the world and my stomach shows that I had a C-section 3 months ago! I would absolutely love to not only lose weight and inches by this summer but, I would love to be able to go outside without a sweatshirt on and think that I at least look "ok". Every year, I have worn black sweatshirts trying to cover my insecurities up during the entire summer. I have been hospitalized every year way more than once for dehydration and terrible over heating. I don't want to spend another year hating myself but, it looks like this will be the last summer. I won't be "ok" with my arms until they are toned, smaller and better.
What are your goals for this summer? Does it keep you going with the program or does it discourage you?
Personally, I get very emotional and feel motivated and more determined than ever to reach and meet my goals BY MY goal date.

I don't have any weight loss goals - I would like to maintain my current weight - my goals are more fitness based. I would like to complete the half marathon I am doing on 12th May in under 2 hours and the full marathon I have scheduled for October in under 4 hours. I would also like to tone tone tone as I am going to Ibiza with the girls at the end of June . Feel free to add me and we can help keep each other motivated

My goal is just to lose some vanity weight around my midsection-- I want to look great in my bikini, and for my thighs to not rub together when I walk. I am just starting to run again (I had to take a break due to injuries),so hopefully I can get there-- Hope you reach your goal!! You can do it!0

My biggest goal is to just be more physically active -- I'm doing C25K right now (starting week 2) so by the summer I'd like to be comfortable running for extended lengths/periods of time. Once it's a bit warmer here I'd also like to get outside more, walk more places, do more geocaching/hiking, etc.
My next goal is to just eat healthier or a wider variety of foods -- I'm kind of picky so I need to fix that.
I dunno what keeps me more motivated -- my goals (and seeing progress), or why I'm trying to achieve these goals. I'm backpacking in SE Asia for a month this summer -- tickets booked! -- so I want to do these things so I can enjoy the trip as much as possible hahah...I mean a jungle trek through Thailand isn't going to be very fun if walking all day wears me out.0 -
My goal is really for November. On my birthday I want...WILL...go and buy a brand new wardrobe! I am down 55....I would like to REMOVE another 50 by November.
For the summer, I am looking at being able to run, even if not fast, a 5K without having to gasp for Oxygen. That goal is for the end of August.0
