...when you look in the mirror and there isn't a sad fat person looking back at you, I have to keep checking to make sure it's real. :smile:

    Yes, I tend to look at myself in the mirror now when before I avoided it.

    It's nice to be taken aback by the person I see.

    Im no where near where i want to be, but i am getting more comfortable in myself. Its a huge relief and feels great!

    Can't wait to feel that all the time- ocassionally I catch a glimpse of a character in the mirror, and he doesn't look too bad.. then I REALLY look, and the self-consciousness kicks in!!
