    Hi!!
What a good idea to start this thread!!
My name is Eva and I'm from Holland.
I'm 18 years old and I wan't to lose 60 pounds before going to college in September. Or at least most of that weight.
When I reach my goal weight I will determine if I want to lose more.
    I'm currently 5"8 and 222 pounds.

So far I isn't going very well and I really don't understand why, because I don't think I'm doing so bad.
I know I can do more, but with the way I eat and exercise I should lose at least a little weight!!
Tomorrow starts a new week and I'm going to do better! I have to lose this weight!

    Hello!

I was 300lbs on my wedding day 6.5 years ago. I lost 60lbs and then hovered at 240 for years. I lost 20lbs by running (which I don't love) dropping to an all-time adult low of 220. I gained back to 240 and now again to 250 with plenty of ups and downs in between.

I never felt better than when I did my Whole30 and plan to begin eating primal and getting back into exercise *today* (No more "this is the last one/time" or "I'll start tomorrow").

    Glad to be friends.

What a good idea! I am 31 years old and want to reach my goal of 130 by November. I have been login in my food consitanltyfor 30 days. I weigh in with a nutriotionist every Tuesday. My first 3 weeks with my nutrtionist I have lost 14 pounds. I statred at 214 (My heaviest was 222), and am currently at 200. I am hoping to break a milestone this Tuesday and get out of the 200's. I LOVE food and am learning new ways to enjoy it. I make sure to exercise and meet with a trainer 2 times a week, and just started pilates. I also completed a 11.75 mile obstacle run in February call Tough Mudder. I look forward to meeting you all, and be each others support through our lifestyle changes.

Even if there already is one, I still think it's a good Idea.
Im Anthony, and this isn't my first time trying to lose the extra weight.
I have a good feeling about this time though.

I'm game for the thread! :)

I'm 31 and have... well... I have a fair amount to lose! lol.... I lost 60 lbs before and I know I can do it again! It's amazing what a difference 5 years can make. It seems to be much harder now BUT... I am not discouraged! One lb at a time!
I am currently following a Primal/Paleo eating plan... and I've felt great so far! Haven't even had any cravings! I'm doing a hybrid program of P90X, Insanity and hitting the elliptical at my gym. I am not crazy... lol, I listen to my body and when I need to rest, I rest.
It's nice to meet everyone! :D
