    Just water and tea for me. I can't remember the last time I had a drink. It's probably been about a year or so.

    Im not drinking. Green beer holds no interest for me. Once in a blue moon I will have a little something but not too often.

    Only water. =) And I'm happy with that.
    I usually don't drink unless it's the occasional Amaretto Sour with friends, maybe once every 4-5 months.

    I will be drinking ...WAIT FOR IT....WAIT FOR IT... glasses of yummy water tonight..I rarely drink!! drinking is NOT for me i guess because i dont like the taste of beer or wine just margarita's ..i like only drink mixed drinks if i do have a drink..but i cant remember the last time i had a drink..all i know it was a monster margarita @ red lobster it was like 600-800 cals if i remember correctly

    So for all of you non drinkers or rarely ever drinkers .. what do you do to relax, unwind and let loose?
    I don't really need to relax or unwind. If I do, I guess I just read or watch TV or something... sometimes while on the treadmill.

    I had enough 'letting loose' when I was younger, lol.

    I thought about buying some beer to enjoy tonight, but meh. There are other things to spend my money on.

    Sex, dancing, yoga, going to see improv theater, outdoor adventures. Relaxing and letting loose can be very different things at times.

    I like a drink, but with 2 young kids I rarely bother. I went on a girls night out in January. Getting woken early the next morning by a 1 year old and 3 year old was not fun!

    I drank loads when I was at university, and in my early 20s, so I've had my fun :smile:

    2 - 3 beers

    2. - 3 shots

    4 - 5 mixed drinks......

    And most of those come over a period of about 4 or 5 nights a year that I drink..... I'm a wild man, eh?

    I'm a "vacation drinker" for the most part. I'm not driving on vacation so I will have a few. When not on vacation I might have a wine cooler now & then while at home BBQ-ing or a rare glass of wine if we go out & I'm not driving. My sister was killed 20+ years ago in a drunk driving accident so I take it very seriously about "not drinking & driving". Besides, do I really want to waste my calories on drinking?
